HALIFAX – Greek cuisine served in a warm, friendly environment is the modus operandi (literally) at the new Estia Restaurant, which is named for the Greek word “hearth” or “warmth”. The menu at the Halifax restaurant, which opened this summer, is packed with traditional dishes, like Briam ($13), Pastitsio ($14) and Souvlaki ($15) as well as traditional North American fare, like Grilled Haddock ($14), Chicken Marsala ($15) and the Turkey Club Wrap ($11). The eatery, which caters and offers takeout, is open daily for lunch and dinner with brunch served on Saturday and Sunday.
