Hockley Valley Welcomes Michael Potters


TORONTO — Michael Potters is set to join the culinary team as chef de cuisine at the newly designed and yet-to-be-named fine-dining restaurant at Orangeville, Ont.’s Hockley Valley Resort on Nov. 1.

“The Resort has undergone some dramatic changes to ensure that food defines the guest experience at Hockley,” said John Paul Adamo, president and general manager of Hockley Valley Resort. “I am honoured to welcome Michael to the Hockley family and am confident his culinary expertise, vision and reputation will help raise the profile for both the Resort and the Hills of Headwaters region.”

Potters brings more than four decades of culinary experience from time working in Toronto restaurants and Prince Edward County, Ont. Most recently, Potters worked at Angéline’s Restaurant and Inn in Bloomfield, Ont.
