La Poutine Week Launching Delivery Edition

MONTREAL — La Poutine Week returns in February with a delivery edition. Presented by Saputo and delivered by SkipTheDishes, the 2021 event is set to feature more than 700 participating restaurants across eight provinces.

The delivery edition of La Poutine Week, taking place from February 1 to 7, aims to allow poutine lovers to discover new venues and savour unique poutines while providing the opportunity for restaurants to showcase their best creations. And, at the end of the festival, each participating city will announce winning poutines in four categories: Most Popular Poutine, Judge’s Choice, Most Outrageous Poutine and Most Creative Poutine.

Because in-person dining is not possible across all provinces, La Poutine Week has partnered with SkipTheDishes to offer pick-up and delivery.

“This year, more than ever, every poutine that will be consumed becomes a mark of loyalty — for restaurants, for us, for our community,” says Na’eem Adam, co-founder, La Poutine Week. “We are here to support our restaurants by driving sales through a national platform that celebrates our most recognized and beloved dish.”

For a third-consecutive year, La Poutine Week will be giving back to Anorexia and Bulimia Quebec (ANEB), donating one dollar for every poutine sold at participating restaurants.

More information about the festival is available at lapoutineweek.com, with a complete list of participating restaurants will be available starting January 26.
