TORONTO — Toronto restaurant Ruby Watchco, helmed by celebrity chefs Lynn Crawford and Laura Kirk, has closed after 10 years in business.
In a letter on the restaurant’s website thanking its customers and staff, the chefs said: “Ruby Watchco has meant the world to the both of us and we are very grateful to have had the opportunity to have cooked for so many wonderful people. We will certainly miss you and look forward to cooking for you all very soon.”
