TORONTO — Chase Hospitality Group (CHG) is teaming up with Toronto’s historic Capitol Theatre as the venue’s event manager and primary caterer.
Through CHG’s six highly acclaimed restaurants — The Chase, The Chase Fish & Oyster, Kasa Moto, Little Fin, Colette Grand Café and Planta — the hospitality group offers both off-site and in-house catering services but, this is the first time it has partnered with a venue to provide ongoing event management and catering services. CHG’s events team will offer expert advice and distinctive touches from inception to execution, including catering, staffing, A/V, decor, floral and valet for all Capitol Theatre events.
“The Capitol is a beautiful venue,” says Steven Salm, president of Chase Hospitality Group. “This partnership is an opportunity to offer our guests a larger space to host their event while still enjoying the caliber of food and distinctive touches that CHG is known for.”
CHG has developed a special catering menu for The Capitol that integrates culinary offerings from each of its restaurants.
