MONTREAL — Kimberly Lallouz’s long awaited Bird Bar opens today at 5 p.m. The new eatery —Lallouz’s third, following Monsieur Resto & Bar and Miss Prêt à Manger — is located in the Griffintown neighbourhood in downtown Montreal.
Le Bird Bar brings a unique twist to fried chicken and caters to a wide variety of customers by offering gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian mock-chicken options along with 13 sides and 13 sauces.
“It’s local and organic fried chicken,” says Lallouz.
