TORONTO — The popular and long-awaited grocery store/restaurant, Eataly, is making its debut in Canada this fall.
The Toronto outpost will open its doors for the first time on November 13 in the Manulife Centre near the intersection of Bay and Bloor streets and will feature its own in-house brewery, Birroteca, in partnership with Indie Alehouse.
Eataly, which originated in Italy in 2007, has close to 40 locations worldwide, with seven on the North American continent.
There are already plans in the works to open a second Toronto location.
