TORONTO — Chase Hospitality Group (CHG) has completed a private placement for total gross proceeds of $30 million. The proceeds are intended to be used to build out the company’s plant-based restaurant banner, Planta.
Founded in 2012, CHG owns and operates eight restaurants in Toronto, one in Miami and has a national partnership with Holt Renfrew, operating an additional 5 restaurants within its stores across Canada.
Canaccord Genuity acted as financial advisor to CHG for the private placement.
