TORONTO — Kostuch Media (KML) and FHG International, in cooperation with Ryerson University, have released the “2013 Bottom Line Report,” outlining the 2012 Canadian restaurant industry performance across QSR, family, casual and fine-dining sectors.
“With today’s operating environment continuing to become more challenged, this report provides operators hungry for statistical analysis an opportunity to gain insight into a number of key operating areas. More than 600 foodservice operators, representing almost 3,000 restaurants, participated in this year’s survey, the results of which have been electronically shared with more than 15,000 readers of F&H magazine. The report is available as an industry service to anyone who wants to learn more about the restaurant sector.
