In order to help its foodservice customers market its products in their restaurants or to incorporate Del Monte’s products into the menu, the Del Monte Fresh Produce team starts with ideation and innovation meetings with the restaurant’s culinary and menu-development teams. Once the menu item is finalized, the restaurant is encouraged to promote the dish via traditional and nontraditional media channels.
