VANCOUVER — Earls Restaurants has introduced Earls-at-Home offerings to better serve customers during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Among these is the recently launched Earls-Grocery offering, which features fresh ingredients, home essentials (hand soap and toilet paper), cook-at-home packages and prepared meals, as well as “Packs” of items such as produce, protein and pantry items. Customers get 20-per-cent-off when they pick up their Earls-Grocery orders.

The brand is also offering 20-per-cent off pickup orders made via phone, 30-per-cent off food for healthcare workers and first responders making pickup orders, as well as free delivery on SkipTheDishes. Earls has also launched Happy Hour at Home, offering its Happy-Hour menu for pickup every day from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. (other deals not available during Happy Hour).

Locations other than Boston and Winnipeg are also offering their wine-bottle lists for half price and 20-per-cent off alcoholic beverages for pickup orders. In B.C., bottles of wine, beer and Nütrl Vodka Sodas are also available through SkipTheDishes.

Eight Canadian locations and four U.S. locations have closed all operations, with remaining Earls locations offering delivery and pickup only. A statement from Earls Restaurants’ president Mo Jessa notes all Earls employees across the company will be paid, with hourly workers receiving pay for the hours they were scheduled and restaurant-management teams being fully compensated.
